Equipment

  • 1 Frying Pan
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Radishes grated
  • ½ bunch Green Onions chopped
  • 3-6 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (can be gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chili Pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Flour of-choice, all-purpose (can be gluten-free)
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to Food Processor.. Chop until nicely pureed.
  • Flatten out cakes with your hands.
  • Fry in oil. 3-5 minutes on each side, alternating.
