Fried Radish Cakes
Equipment
- 1 Frying Pan
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Radishes grated
- ½ bunch Green Onions chopped
- 3-6 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (can be gluten-free)
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Chili Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- ¼ cup Flour of-choice, all-purpose (can be gluten-free)
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to Food Processor.. Chop until nicely pureed.
- Flatten out cakes with your hands.
- Fry in oil. 3-5 minutes on each side, alternating.
